Designed for the non-martial artist, this class is the ultimate full body workout. Utilizing movements of the traditional boxing and karate combined with modern techniques of the aerobic and anaerobic training, this class offers a unique workout experience that keeps its participants motivated. The workout includes stretching, rope jumping, weight training, shadow boxing, striking focus pad, and calisthenics. Using intense bursts of energy, the anaerobic conditioning results in cardiovascular strengthening as well as strengthening bone mass, especially in woman.
