ONE ON ONE WITH A CERTIFIED BOXING TRAINER
This boxing program allows the non-competitive person to achieve the same level of fitness and performance as ranked amateur fighters. The program consists of various specialized exercises designed to increase one’s strength, speed, endurance, and coordination along with teaching real life boxing drills and techniques. If you don’t have the desire to compete in boxing but would like to have the look and feel as though you are training to be a pro fighter this class is for you. All classes are taught by licensed boxing coaches as well as certified personal trainers.
