Our Programs & Classes

Our program is specifically designed under the auspices of the United States Olympic Committe and Olympic Training Center Athlete Development Program.  These classes allow you to ease into our program slowly and safely.  It is not necessary that you have any previous sport/athletic experience.  We will provide you with the structure to progress at a pace consistent with your ability and level of fitness.  If If you have previous experience or are in good physical condition you cas progress more quickly.  If you need more time to develop, you will not feel pressured.  Everyone is treated on an individual basis.
 
Whether you are interested in our programs for mental or physical well being, Martial Arts offers a number of programs that will fit your developmental needs and your busy schedule as well.
Kids Karate Program
This program features exciting karate training for children from 6 - 12 year olds along with character building lessons such as confidence, self esteem, self discipline, respect and much more. Kids love our program and you will, too. Try our introductory program to find out how much karate can improve your childs life.
Kids Mixed Martial Arts 
Our kids Mixed Martial Arts program is a fun and safe curriculm designed with safety first.  Students will learn stand up and ground techniques utilizing a mixture of Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Karate, Ju-jitsu, and Judo.  All of our classes are supervised by well trained instructors in a structured class setting.
Little Ninja's Program 
This is a wonderful program for children ages 3, 4 & 5 years old. It teaches them the basic martial arts skills in a fun, exciting class emphasizing positive life skills such as confidence, self esteem, respect, concentration and self control. Class are 30 minutes long and you can choose a once or twice per week program.
Fitness Kickboxing
Our Fitness Kickboxing class is an exciting, action-packed class and a stress-relieving, calorie-burning, kick-but fun workout all rolled into one! You will learn martial arts moves that tone your muscles and give you a cardio workout that is second to none. No uniforms, no belts – just pure action. Men and women ages 15 and up. Just wait till you feel your punch and kick make impact with the punching bags – you’ll love it!
